Acquire the Fire 2011

A group of 33 young people attended Acquire the Fire in Billings.

Merle & I had such a great time this weekend, Merle as bus driver, and both of us as chaperons!  We were blessed to be with such a wonderful group of young people.  And Acquire the Fire was amazing - the drama was intense, the speaker inspirational, the music - youthful! Thank you to the community for contributing and making this trip possible.

Legion Baseball

We have been enjoying watching baseball again - this time two alumni are playing, Jordan Young ('10) and Tom Leland ('12).  We were privileged to host Mr. & Mrs. Leland during the time spent here in Glendive and took in as many games as we were able.  Wolf Point Yellow Jackets provided the best games that we saw all week and ended 4th in tournament play.  Congratulations Jordan & Tom!  Tom ended his season with a knee injury and Lord willing it will not affect his future dream of more baseball!

Jordan & Tom - Glendive Baseball Tournament - Tom bats - Tom on second

Jordan on first - slides in and is safe!

We had an incredible weekend with Mr. & Mrs. Leland and watching baseball!  Congratulations on a great job, fellows!
